This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Information Collection and Use
No personally identifiable information is collected by either app and no information is shared outside of the app all in-app purchases are managed via RevenueCat and the Apple infrastructure. If you decide to subscribe to the Pop Art Apps newsletter then you will submit your e-mail address in order to subscribe but that e-mail address is not retained by the apps or shared externally to the apps it is only contained within the newsletter similar to other newsletters. Similarly to other newsletters other members of the newsletter will have no knowledge of your e-mail address or any other personally identifying information.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

‘Pop Art’ Newsletter
The Newsletter is hosted by Mailchimp but your e-mail address will not be shared or visible by anyone else in the newsletter and you will only receive occasional e-mails with important app updates and information such as when a new custom filter and/or app version becomes available or other information related to ‘Pop Art’ such as biopics about certain artists or discussions about movements and artworks or other topics related to Pop Art but you will not be bombarded with e-mails by subscribing. Any time an e-mail is received a link to unsubscribe to the newsletter will be provided within the e-mail content. Subscribing to the newsletter is completely voluntary.
According to the Mailchimp information provided with the Mailchimp SDK that Pop Art Lite and Pop Art use:
The Mailchimp mobile SDK does not track your users. The Mailchimp mobile SDK automatically adds your mobile application users to your Mailchimp audience so that you can send them marketing communications. Mailchimp does not provide information about your app’s users to data brokers. The mobile SDK does not combine user data from your app with information from other apps in order to place targeted advertisements.
